Tech by Austin is the channel and C4 SaaS is the company behind its products and paid services. This website does not require a visitor account.

When you submit a project inquiry, call request, community idea, or support request, we save your contact details, message, selected service, and any investment range or timing you provide. We also save the website, public entry page, and short campaign labels associated with your inquiry. We use this information to respond, manage follow-up in Melvin CRM, and notify our team by email.

Please do not include passwords, payment card details, confidential customer records, or sensitive personal information in the form. Community submissions do not grant permission to film or publish your story; any recording and publication permissions are agreed separately.

Payment takes place through the payment provider identified on the purchase page. Product intake, delivery, and support are described with the offer. Third-party services have their own privacy practices.

The website does not load embedded social feeds or third-party video players automatically. Local project recordings play only when you choose to play them. Basic request and security logs support website operation.
