The problem.
Giving an AI agent access to a business workflow raises a practical question: who is allowed to do what, and how do you know what actually happened?
The approach.
Melvin CRM routes human and agent requests through shared authorization and business-action paths. Approval records, expiry, and audit events make important decisions visible.
Controlled outbound actions distinguish a request, an approval, a simulated action, and a live external action. Those states should never mean the same thing.
What’s built.
The implementation includes approval handling and separation between simulated and live integrations. The inspected controls support these specific behaviors; they do not establish a security certification or enterprise deployment scale.
